Le Stella Monaco

Le Stella is a boldly designed complex that stands on a corner lot in Monaco’s La Condamine district. It comprises two villas and 99 duplex apartments facing Port Hercules, the main harbour. The back of the development affords a view over the Prince’s palace and the old town.

The lower floors are devoted to retail and office space, as well as a kindergarten. A two-storey car park sits below.

This instantly recognisable development was completed in 2018. Multiple irregular concrete curves lend a rippling ribbon effect to the facades of the residential sections. In addition to providing the building with a distinctive, modern aesthetic, these features also ensure the privacy of residents.

The duplex apartments are divided between two blocks, connected by walkways on every second floor. Each apartment has two terraces, which extend the airy living and dining areas and the bedrooms above them.

Residents have access to a 24/7 fitness area and a concierge service.

The two villas at the top of Le Stella are equipped with an indoor swimming-poool, sauna and cinema. Gardens and patios form their outdoor spaces.

Le Stella was designed by Jean-Pierre Lott and Alexandre Giraldi, the architects responsible for several other spectacular developments in Monaco.

The area

La Condamine is the second-oldest area of Monaco and is located next to Port Hercules. It is home to a variety of shops, a daily market and numerous restaurants and bars. Monte Carlo train station is a short walk away and regular bus services links this district to the rest of the Principality, numerous coastal towns in neighbouring France, and Nice airport.
